We have a pretty extensive blog on interview procedures but how about the application.  How do you sell yourself so that you can get to the interview.  Scores are automatic but how about someone who's scores are in the middle of the pack.  BTW, my PCSM dropped 30 points after taking the TBAS.  Judging by everyone else I've seen on this site I think Im the only one in the world who's score plummeted.  But how do we set oursevles apart from the others?  We all know our strenghts and weaknesses but what are the boards looking for?  Im currently active duty in a career field I think looks good but who knows.  LORs, would boards like LORs from civilian, i.e. flight instructors, as well as superiors or bosses?  Has anyone here been part of interview from the other side of the table and can lend us some insight?  Or anyone who has more experience at this process than me, sent one package and denied, shed some light?
