I fly helicopters in the Army and was wondering what kind of things they look for in the interview? My case is different as I am already a rated military pilot, and this is not a board. I am going to meet the Squadron Commander for a one-on-one, I will be flying up to the unit while home on R&R, my units is currently deployed in Iraq. Any advice on what to wear I was thinking a suite, I don't think wearing my military dress uniform is the right move. So any suggestions, comments, or opinions would be great!

Recommendation for most guys visiting a unit is not to be too dressed up. That being said, you want to look professional. I recommend a polo shirt or button up shirt tucked into dockers, and wear shoes and a belt that match. Some guys say jeans will suffice, but I'd go with the dockers.

In my experience with dudes visiting from other units, wear your bag. Its your everyday uniform anyway, you'll be comfortable and wont look like a deaush. What unit are you going to visit?
