I was just wondering if anyone knows if you are required to attend IFS if you already have your Civilian PPL? I have heard mixed answers and am just trying to figure it out. Thanks.

In the guard everyone is supposed to go, unless they have prior rated mil flight experience; nav, WSO, etc.
