I was just at IFS and the CSOs do have their own, different
syallubus already. I didn't look at it much as I was focused on the pilot
program and trying to get the hell out of there with the dream intact.
They were doing a lot of V(visual)Nav routes on paths they were calling Nav
Route Corridors. They also don't solo and as far as piloting they said
they were allowed to fly as much as they wanted up until the Nav Routes at which
point they had to visually identify the nav route and direct the Pilot IP where
to go. Overall they have 2-3 less rides than the pilot candidates and
seemed to graduate and bounce a few days ahead of the pilots.

IFS CSO grad and comment on the accuracy of what I've offered
