Those of you homies that sport the signature block to share either your Pilot Slot Stats (for those of you pilots & pilot selects) or Pilot Candidate Stats (for those of you hoping to get words of advice when people see your stats) we have a new feature...

If you change the HTML in your signature block to the new HTML you will be able to see each time a user checks out your stats and from where they checked out your stats.  It will be listed in your log on the Players Club page.  For those of you with Pilot Candidate Stats, you will get 1 TPP per person that clicks on your stats so if you put it in your signature block on other forums or on your Facebook profile you will not only cast the net wide as far as getting advice on the strength of your stats but you will also increase your Team Player Points which will allow you to gain access to advanced features on this site.

If anybody wants to post their Stats sig block on another forum or messageboard PM me and I'll provide you code for that.

To get the HTML for your signature block for our forum just go to the Stats page and click on the link you'd click to add or edit your stats and it will give you your code and you can cut and paste it into your signature block.

I can't even find the page to get the code to add it here. Which "slots" page? The one named "pilot candidate stats" or "pilot slot stats"? I don't see the code on either and I am signed in.

I don't see an add/edit stats link... there is the one tab that says "Hook a brother up with some stats," but that doesn't let me look at or update my stats, it just asked if I've been winged, washed out, or track selected.

Got ya. I'll get that fixed. In the meantime, just hover your mouse over the "click here" link in my signature block. Change the link in your signature block to look like mine except the "s=X" should be changed such that x is the statid in your current signature block link. So for Shep the s=4977. If you don't know the statid (BD) you'll just have to wait until I can get the software updated.

A new version should be out very soon and will have a tab for "Signature Blocks" so it will be easy to find the HTML.

Alright it's fixed now. When you go back you'll see a tab called "Signature Block HTML" which provides it to you. If any of you use other military aviation forums and want to pass me the HTML that's required to place the signature block in it's signature block or user profile page then I'll put that code up on that section so others will have it. Just PM me with the HTML and we'll go from there.

I'm soliciting all suggestions of other websites & forums you guys think it would be useful to create Sig Block HTML for. This will help make the data better and it helps the site get the word out. I've already got www.AirForceOTS.com (which uses BBCode so it should probably work on many other forums which use the same BBCode instead of HTML). I'm also thinking about adding code for FACEBOOK but I don't use that site so any of you guys that do please let me know what code works over there. Any other sites?

New feature...now it shows the URL the referral came from on the Players Club page in case you're interested to see where your stats are generating the most interest.

And an even newer feature...

For those with Pilot Candidate Stats links up...not only does it show your current stats but it also allows users to rate your percentage chance of getting a pilot slot, leave a comment, and leave an email address.  It then shows the average chance you have of getting a pilot slot according to those that rate you.  If you don't want users to be able to rate you you can turn this feature off.  Only you can see the comments/rating left behind.

Yup you're good. When you go to the Players Club you can see when people click on your stats link and you can see what website they're coming from (since you're team you can also see more than what regular users see). If you put the sign block on other websites it should show links from there, as well, depending on the website.

People can't rate you or leave comments on your stats because you already got a pilot slot. That stuff is just for people who are competing and haven't got a slot yet.

Sweet, how do I update that shit? My flight hours are wrong... should be 61 not 101.
