My briefing topic for my ROTC class is stealth bases and I was curious if anybody had some good information on the history of our stealth bases and which ones today house stealth technology and stealth aircraft as well as if things like Skunkworksare still in existence today etc.

Yes, Lockheed's Advanced Developmental Projects division (the Skunkworks) still operates.

The history of the F-117 goes like this: 

Lockheed - Burbank (where they were built)
Groom Lake (classified operating location)
Tonopah (where they operated secretly for many years, and then semi-secretly after the program was acknowledged in the late 80s)
Holloman (where they operated from the early 90s until retirement)
Tonopah (where they are stored in non-flyable condition)

The history of the B-2 goes like this:

Palmdale (where they were built)

Whiteman (where they operate today)
