You are correct Skypot. All of the new LTs in a squadron look out for each other and cover each other's a$$e$. They also run the Snack-O program and collect money from us old grumpy Majors ALL THE TIME to buy food, BEvERages, etc. Every time I see an LT I just hand him a check or cash and that usually shuts him up

From personal experience, the AETC LPA equivalent is the FAIP Mafia.  The "Line Swines" that get all the extra jobs that roll downhill!  I HEART THE AF!
