Looking to do the same, I have met people that have friends that have switched over and are currently flying. Would love to get there perspective and there story to getting there. So drop me a comment or email me I would love to chat. Thanks up front and hope to hear from you.

Ya I'd also love to hear a story of Army to AF. My sights are loosely set on the 124th Wing ID ANG. Hogs and Hercs- two sexy aircraft with fine missions. Currently I'm an Army OH-58D pilot. If any of my skills are transferable to the AF, I think the best fit would be in the A-10 or C-130. I like to be part of the ground tactical plan, not just a contingency!

Just FWIW, there were about a dozen of these guys who were hired by the Battle Creek ANG back circa 2003/2004. If you can get in touch with some of those guys, they'd be the very best resource on how to do it.
