To make sure you get an email letting you know the vitals on a scheduled Live Expert chat, simply log in and click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen or login and click here.  That will take you to your information page.  Make sure you've got the "Live Expert Chat News" bubble filled.  If not, click it and then click "update."

You'll then be emailed when someone volunteers to host a live expert chat with the time and substance.
